Born from custom motorcycle culture, the SHOTGUN 650 was conceived through a modular design philosophy, making it an ideal canvas for self-expression and a perfect platform for customization. The collaboration with Rough Crafts, based in Taiwan, highlights originality and craftsmanship, reflecting Royal Enfield’s long-standing deep connection with custom bike culture.

On the launch of this limited model, Adrian John Sellers, Head of Custom & Motorsports at Royal Enfield, said:

"This limited edition elegantly embodies the SHOTGUN 650’s 'custom-first' philosophy, adopting a unique design language inspired by the Caliber Royale custom build, perfectly harmonizing with Rough Crafts’ signature black-and-gold aesthetic. We are proud to bring the artistry, craftsmanship, and subtly aggressive silhouette of the Caliber Royale to riders worldwide through this model. It reaffirms the infinite potential of the SHOTGUN 650 platform and reinforces Royal Enfield’s deep commitment to a culture of personalization."

The SHOTGUN 650 × Rough Crafts Edition combines gloss jet black and matte stealth black, adding contrast to emphasize the body’s dynamic silhouette. A seamless gold-leaf stripe flows across the body panels, while the top of the fuel tank features an integrated serial number. Cast brass collaboration badges, identical to those on the Caliber Royale, are mounted on both sides of the fuel tank, enhancing its connection to the original custom build. Premium features such as black bar-end mirrors, quilted leather seat, contrast-colored aluminum wheels, and gold front fork inner tubes further elevate the bike’s presence and appeal. In addition to the motorcycle, each owner will receive a special numbered artwork featuring a hand-drawn custom build sketch of the Caliber Royale, personally designed and signed by Winston Yeh, founder of Rough Crafts.

The Caliber Royale is a custom motorcycle built by Rough Crafts based on the SHOTGUN 650 platform, featuring elongated proportions, a distinctive front fairing, and a lustrous black and matte black exterior accented with gold leaf. Inspired by the Caliber Royale, the Royal Enfield 'SHOTGUN 650 × Rough Crafts Edition' enhances the SHOTGUN 650’s bold character with refined design details.
