Pearl Abyss hosted the annual 'Heidel Banquet 2026' for Black Desert MOBILE, unveiling plans for enhanced character growth support, content revisions, the launch of 'Season 2' themed around fairies, a summer event set in the Dragon Palace, and the release of new summer outfits 'Citrus.'

Pearl Abyss Corp. (headquartered in Gwacheon, South Korea) hosted the annual event 'Heidel Banquet 2026' for Black Desert MOBILE on July 11, 2026.

During the event, the company revealed upcoming updates, including enhanced character growth support and revisions to various game contents. Additionally, it introduced 'Season 2' themed around fairies, a summer event set in the Dragon Palace, and the new summer outfit 'Citrus.'

New Equipment to Support Character Growth

Future updates will introduce new Nebula-tier equipment called 'Genesis Equipment.'

Genesis Equipment can be crafted using 'Blackstar Equipment' enhanced to +9 or higher, along with materials obtainable from the upcoming region 'Urquita.'

When crafting, the stat values based on the enhancement level of existing equipment will be inherited, allowing players to build upon their previous gear progression while aiming for higher-tier equipment.

Streamlining Combat Power Growth Through Knowledge Content

The combat power requirement to obtain 'Karazad Accessories' will be relaxed. Additionally, rewards from knowledge-related content such as 'Constellations,' 'Hunts,' and 'Aryeli's Gap' will be increased.

These revisions are expected to reduce the time required to grow combat power through knowledge content by over 50% compared to previous versions.

Furthermore, revisions to 'Skill Seals' will make it easier to share configurations among characters within the same family. A new feature will also be added to automatically equip skill seals corresponding to active skills.

Restructuring PvE and PvP Content

Starting August 4, 2026, overlapping PvE and PvP content will be consolidated, and a rotation-based schedule will be introduced for certain activities.

By clarifying the roles of each content, adventurers will find it easier to choose which activities to participate in, creating a more focused and enjoyable experience.

Additionally, revisions are planned for 'Stronghold Battles' and 'Siege Wars.' New strategic objectives and rewards will be added, evolving these into large-scale battles with more dynamic outcomes.

Furthermore, the 'Hunt' content will be simplified in late July, and starting August 4, 'Treasures' obtained can be shared within the family.

'Season 2' Launches with a Focus on Fairies

'Season 2,' offering a new progression path, has now launched.

Centered around 'fairies,' Season 2 provides new growth objectives, allowing adventurers to progress at their own pace.

For the first time in this season, existing characters already developed within a family can now be converted into Season characters.

By achieving Season goals, players can obtain materials necessary for fairy growth.

Enhanced Season Graduation Rewards and Growth Support

Adventurers who complete the season will receive the '[Chaos] Skill Seal Selection Box' as a reward.

Additionally, the 'Secura Crystal' will now include an effect that reduces the consumption of 'Holy Water of Light,' along with an effect that increases additional attack power against monsters by up to 500.

These enhancements will allow smoother progression through various contents even after completing the season.

Summer Event Set in the Dragon Palace

A special summer event, the 'Dragon Palace Event,' will run until August 4, 2026.

During the event, players can enjoy a seasonal story set in the Dragon Palace, participate in mini-games, and engage in cooperative content with other adventurers.

Participating in events grants 'Dragon Palace Coins,' which can be exchanged for various rewards.

New Summer Outfit 'Citrus' Launches on July 28

The new summer outfit 'Citrus' will be implemented on July 28, 2026.

Featuring a refreshing orange-inspired color scheme, 'Citrus' can be worn by all transcendence classes.
