Pernod Ricard Japan Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Bruno Carvalho) is launching "Ki No Bi Room," a pop-up bar where guests can experience the world of "The House of Ki No Bi," the brand home of Kyoto-born Japanese craft gin "Ki No Bi," in Tokyo. The pop-up will be held for a limited time from Wednesday, May 13, 2026, to late October, at "4-0-3 (Four-O-Three)," a hidden bar on the 30th floor of the JW Marriott Hotel Tokyo, directly connected to Takanawa Gateway Station.
The "Ki No Bi Room" pop-up bar will feature several special seasonal cocktails infused with Japanese botanicals, with the menu changing every two months. Cocktails will use the flagship product "Ki No Bi Kyoto Dry Gin," as well as "Ki No TEA Kyoto Dry Gin," which blends special gyokuro and tencha from Horii Shichimeien, a long-established tea garden in Uji, Kyoto (founded in 1879), specifically for Ki No Bi. Also featured is "Ki No Bi Sei Kyoto Dry Gin," with a blend ratio adjusted to match the strength of traditional British Navy Strength, offering a powerful yet characteristically soft mouthfeel. Guests can enjoy seasonal cocktails in a Kyoto-inspired setting.
In May and June, coinciding with the new tea season, cocktails themed around "tea," one of Ki No Bi's essential botanicals, will be offered. These include the aromatic "Ki No TEA Martini," made with "Ki No TEA Kyoto Dry Gin" and chilled green tea, and the elegant, fragrant, and visually appealing "Ki No Bi Matcha Tonic," which combines "Ki No Bi Kyoto Dry Gin" with matcha. (Note: These cocktails will also be available at "JW Bar" and "JW Lounge" within the JW Marriott Hotel Tokyo, in addition to "Ki No Bi Room.")
Furthermore, on Friday, June 26, Masashi "Mercy" Sakuma, Ki No Bi Global Ambassador from "The House of Ki No Bi," will host a tasting seminar to unravel the deep allure of Ki No Bi, along with a special one-night-only cocktail event. This seminar, usually held only at "The House of Ki No Bi" in Kyoto, will be specially available in Tokyo.
Ki No Bi is a Japanese craft gin from Kyoto, made by classifying 11 botanicals, including Kyoto-grown yuzu, gyokuro, and sansho, into six elements according to their characteristics, individually distilling them, and then blending them. The tasting seminar offers a rare opportunity to individually taste each element, which is not generally available to the public.
Take this opportunity to savor the seasonal flavors in a space where you can experience the world of Ki No Bi.

About "The House of Ki No Bi"
"The House of Ki No Bi" is a brand home that expresses the world of Ki No Bi, preserving the earthen walls, beams, and stone pavements of a historic timber merchant's building. It is a charming space created by renovating a machiya over 100 years old, carefully preserving the original beams and earthen walls as much as possible. The interior features handmade zelkova furniture from "Mori no Kobo in wood," which has a workshop in Kyoto, and textiles from "Hosoo," known for Nishijin-ori. The wallpaper uses karakami from Kira Karacho, a karakami shop that has continued since the Edo period.
The interior is divided into various "rooms": "Omise no Ma" (Shop Room) selling goods and limited-edition products, "Tenji no Ma" (Exhibition Room) where you can learn about the history and types of gin, and the ingredients and manufacturing process of "Ki No Bi," and "Konwa no Ma" (Blending Room) which hosts tasting seminars by reservation only. Each "room" is imbued with the "Ki No Bi" spirit.
