Operational Structure and Support The initiative provides integrated support, from recruitment and matching to the implementation of exchanges and result tracking. Persol Business Process Design serves as the secretariat, managing corporate attraction and matching. Meanwhile, Persol WorkSwitch Consulting acts as an advisor, utilizing their career autonomy support service, 'Protea,' to visualize and reinforce the developmental impact of these exchanges.
