Persol Group and Waseda University to Present Joint Research Results on 'Dual-Channel Reskilling' at the Organizational Science Conference

Persol Innovation Co., Ltd. and Persol Research Institute Co., Ltd., together with Professor Atsushi Osanai of the Faculty of Commerce at Waseda University, will present research results on 'dual-channel reskilling' at the '2026 Organizational Science Research Presentation Conference' to be held on June 20th (Sat) and 21st (Sun), 2026. The details of this study will be released at the time of the conference presentation.

This research combines the strengths of Persol Innovation, which has been working on adult education and reskilling in human resource services; Persol Research Institute, which provides organizational and human resource consulting; and Waseda University, which conducts academic research. To elucidate how reskilling leads to adaptation when companies face business transformation, the team has been conducting examinations from both practical and research perspectives since June 2025.

According to Professor Osanai, in an uncertain era, the team is exploring answers through this joint research to the important academic and practical question of how to cultivate the talent necessary for transformation.
