Mitsubishi Shokuhin Implements 'Comic Learning' for Over 5,000 Employees Including Group Companies

Comic Learning Company, under the PERSOL Group, which operates under the vision of 'Working, Smiling,' announced that it has provided its 'Comic Learning' training service to over 5,000 employees of Mitsubishi Shokuhin Co., Ltd., including its group companies. Mitsubishi Shokuhin faced a need to improve compliance awareness, specifically regarding communication issues and harassment prevention at logistics sites. 'Comic Learning' was chosen because its content depicts scenarios close to daily operations, making it relatable and suitable for short-duration learning during work gaps. Naho Okubo from the Compliance Group stated that they aim to create a workplace where everyone can work with peace of mind by learning how to handle specific on-site situations. The implementation includes training on business communication, anger management, and power harassment prevention.
