Background of PERSOL CROSS TECHNOLOGY's Commission for this Project

Japan is facing a severe shortage of IT talent, with a projected deficit of approximately 790,000 people by 2030*2, posing a significant social challenge. In response to these societal trends, and based on the PERSOL Group's management philosophy of "Employment Creation," "Personal Growth," and "Social Contribution," PERSOL CROSS TECHNOLOGY will contribute to solving social issues by expanding opportunities for digital talent cultivation and active participation through this project.

Initiatives for this Project Leveraging PERSOL CROSS TECHNOLOGY's Strengths

- Maximizing the Use of Our Expertise in Human Resource Development and Technical Support

In this project, PERSOL CROSS TECHNOLOGY recognizes that the biggest hurdles to the active participation of digital talent are "practical experience and creating opportunities." We will provide a "practical training ground" for individuals aged 35 and over who are new to the field, allowing them to gain practical experience through dispatch employment. We will provide support by fully utilizing our accumulated expertise in human resource development and technical support, including dedicated sales representatives and career consultants offering personalized guidance, and training programs.

- Reducing Training Burden for Accepting Companies and Supporting Talent Retention

For accepting companies, challenges include securing the necessary man-hours for OJT (On-the-Job Training) during employment and a lack of training expertise. This project aims to reduce the burden on companies and improve the quality of training by implementing effective mentor placement and support from specialized personnel, thereby fostering the development and retention of digital talent.

- Comprehensive Training System Equipping Individuals with Industry Trends and Business Skills

At PERSOL CROSS TECHNOLOGY, we offer a variety of training programs that incorporate industry trends, enabling all engineers to tackle problem-solving with the latest and most practical technologies. We are committed to developing engineers who possess not only technical skills through "Technical Skill Training" aimed at improving specialization, but also human and communication skills through "Business Skill Training" to enhance their abilities as professionals.
