Pierre Hermé Paris to Launch Early Summer Collection Featuring Homemade Vanilla Paris-Brest and Exotic Pastries

Pierre Hermé Paris has unveiled its seasonal collection for early summer, highlighting the "Paris-Brest Infiniment Vanille." This interpretation of the classic French pastry features the brand's signature homemade vanilla flavor, creating a textural and flavor contrast between smooth vanilla cream and crisp choux pastry.

Exclusive to the Aoyama boutique, the "Surprise Ispahan" combines rose, lychee, and raspberry flavors, encased within a delicate meringue shell designed to offer a flavorful surprise.

The collection also includes three pastries inspired by exotic locations: - Mille-feuille Jardin de l'Atlas: A blend of orange flower, honey, and lemon reminiscent of Morocco. - Tarte Miraflores: Infused with the unique fragrance of pink pepper. - Sorrento: A new offering where lime acidity highlights the scent of fresh mango.

Pricing for individual pastries ranges from ¥918 to ¥5,616. The collection will be available from May 27, 2026, through June 30, 2026, at Pierre Hermé Paris Aoyama and other direct boutiques.
