To further expand their reach in the Tokai region, the group opened a new Chubu Branch in Nagoya City in April 2026. 'Phil Park Tsuruma' is a 3-story steel structure designed for both office and retail use, featuring the brand's signature glass facade and flexible internal layouts. The company aims to provide tailored spatial solutions to meet local needs and revitalize urban 'gaps'.
