YASUMI WORKS (Nagoya, Aichi; President: Ayumi Nakahama), a subsidiary of PIXTA Inc. (Shibuya, Tokyo; President: Daisuke Komata; TSE Standard: 3416), will open 'Y!Y! hands Shibuya' on Saturday, May 30, 2026. This experience-based store offers workshops for creating custom perfume charms, allowing customers to blend their own scents from 20 options and decorate bottles and charms.
Y!Y! hands Shibuya allows customers to enjoy the entire process of creating a unique perfume charm, from selecting scents to decorating the bottle and assembling the final piece. Staff are available to provide support, making it accessible even for beginners.
The workshop process involves choosing a container and carabiner, blending 2-3 scents from 20 varieties (floral, fruity, refreshing, etc.), decorating the bottle with parts and ribbons, and assembling the charm. The session takes about 45 minutes and costs 3,100 yen (tax included), with a student discount available at 2,900 yen.
In an era where everything is available online, there is a renewed value in 'making things by hand' and 'real-life experiences with friends,' especially among Gen Z. As the fourth location following Iidabashi, Shinjuku, and Harajuku, the Shibuya store aims to promote a new culture of 'making and experiencing' by adding the element of fragrance to its offerings.
