Plenus Co., Ltd., operator of the 'Yayoi-ken' restaurant chain, announced the upcoming release of the 'Saikyo-miso Pork Loin and Agedashi Tofu Set' (1,120 yen) on June 2 (Tue). This menu is part of the premium 'Tokusen' series, emphasizing high-quality ingredients.

For customers who want more tofu, a version with double the agedashi tofu, priced at 1,320 yen, will also be available.

### Product Highlights

The signature 'Saikyo-yaki' uses pork loin marinated in traditional Saikyo-miso from a historic Kyoto brand. The marinade provides a mellow sweetness and rich flavor that complements the tenderness of the pork, while grilling adds a fragrant aroma. Customers can also enhance the flavor with the provided 'raw soy sauce koji.'

The agedashi tofu is served with eggplant, okra, and lotus root, finished with tempura dipping sauce and grated daikon radish, making it a refreshing option suitable even for hot weather. The set provides a balanced intake of protein and vegetables.
