Chefs Offer 'Local Seasonal Flavors' at 'Our Town Gourmet Fair' in June

Minacia Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Polaris Holdings Co., Ltd., will hold the 'Our Town Gourmet Fair' at eight restaurants across Japan, allowing guests to enjoy local specialties and seasonal ingredients. Chefs at each location have put great effort into creating special menus featuring seasonal ingredients and recommended dishes. The event runs from June 1 (Mon) to June 30 (Tue), 2026. As part of the 'FEEL THE LOCAL' project, this fair aims to promote regional charm through food. Chefs at the eight directly managed restaurants and izakayas nationwide focus on seasonal ingredients and local specialties to create new menus each season. This provides an opportunity for local residents to rediscover the charm of their hometowns and for hotel guests on business or leisure trips to encounter unique local flavors. It is an initiative to convey regional appeal through food and enrich the travel experience.
