Support Consulting Services for Disability Welfare Facilities!

The prefecture will provide supportive consulting services for disability welfare facilities from fiscal year 2025, aiming to improve talent acquisition and retention rates. We will support facilities according to their specific situations, from organizing challenges to implementing concrete initiatives.

We are now recruiting facilities to participate in this project.

Wanting to work on organizational development and staff retention but unsure where to start

Looking to review current initiatives

Wanting to proceed with expert advice

2 Recruitment Overview:

Target Applicants: Disability welfare service facilities in Kanagawa Prefecture

Number of Facilities to Recruit: 10 facilities

Recruitment Period: June 10, 2026 (Wednesday) to July 10, 2026 (Friday)

Implementation Period: Approximately August 2026 to February 2027

Number of Consulting Sessions: 6 sessions in total

Cost: Free

3 Consulting Content:

We will conduct a survey targeting facility staff to organize and analyze the facility's strengths and challenges.

Based on the identified challenges, we will provide the following support:

Support for planning and executing talent acquisition strategies

Recruitment PR support (support for managing the facility's website and social media, and other information dissemination support)

(Note) Website creation costs are not included.

Support for improving staff shift management, work styles, and human resources/labor management
