Saga Prefecture to Host "SSP NEXUS 2026," Its First Academic Forum to Convey New Value of Sports

Saga Prefecture is promoting the SAGA Sports Pyramid (SSP) concept, which aims to expand the base of sports culture (doing, watching, supporting, nurturing, earning) through the development of top athletes, thereby fostering human resources and regional development through the power of sports.

To further advance this SSP concept, "SSP NEXUS 2026" will be newly held as a venue where people involved in sports, such as athletes, coaches, business people, and researchers, can gather to consider and share the new value and future of sports.

(1) General Admission (Free) Application Form *Those who have not applied in advance can still participate on the day, but advance registration is encouraged if possible.

(2) Reception (Paid) To deepen interaction among participants at SSP NEXUS 2026, a reception will be held as follows. *Please apply using the general admission application form.

About the SSP Concept

A project that aims to foster human resources and regional development through the power of sports by developing top athletes associated with Saga who challenge the world, thereby expanding the base of sports culture (doing, watching, supporting, nurturing, earning), and establishing a virtuous cycle that leads to the development of even more top athletes.
