To incorporate the opinions of children into the formulation, implementation, and evaluation of its child-related policies, Saitama Prefecture will hold the FY2026 "Saitama Children's Conference." The prefecture is recruiting committee members from elementary to high school age who reside or attend school in Saitama. Members will participate in three meetings to exchange opinions on various themes and present their findings to the governor. The application deadline is June 19, 2026.
