With the upcoming broadcast of the sequel to the TBS Sunday Theater drama "VIVANT" in July 2026, the Shimane Film Commission Network Secretariat has renewed the special website and brochure for the "Sunday Theater VIVANT x Shimane Prefecture Filming Location Map," originally produced in fiscal year 2023. This initiative aims to help people rediscover the filming locations in Shimane Prefecture that appeared in the previous series (aired from July to September 2023) and to promote tourism to these sites.

1. Main changes to the special website and brochure (1) Title Changed from "Sunday Theater VIVANT x Shimane Prefecture Filming Location Map" to "Sunday Theater VIVANT x SHIMANE Shimane Prefecture Filming Location Map" [Special Website URL] https://www.kankou-shimane.com/contents/vivant/

(2) Filming location introduction articles Newly added information on filming scenes and images from the drama to the introduction articles for the seven filming locations.

(3) Drama information Added a synopsis of the previous "VIVANT" series and information regarding the "VIVANT" sequel.

(4) Specification changes (brochure only) Expanded from a 4-page A4 size to a 6-page A4 size.

2. Main distribution locations for the brochure (available sequentially starting April 1st) - Shimane Prefectural Government Office: 1st Floor (Citizen's Room), 2nd Floor (Tourism Promotion Division) - Prefectural offices outside the prefecture (Hibiya Shimane-kan, Nagoya Information Center, Osaka Office, Hiroshima Office) - Municipalities and tourism associations within the prefecture - Facilities within the prefecture (tourist facilities, roadside stations, major transportation hubs such as airports and train stations, etc.)
