Yamagata Prefecture will subsidize travel expenses for students enrolled in childcare training institutions in Hokkaido, Tohoku, Kanto, and Niigata Prefectures when they conduct childcare internships, work experience programs, volunteer activities, or job-hunting activities at childcare facilities within Yamagata Prefecture.

Eligibility

Students who are enrolled in childcare training institutions in Hokkaido, Tohoku, Kanto, and Niigata Prefectures (excluding commuting students from within Yamagata Prefecture) and who use public transportation for round-trip travel to participate in childcare internships, work experience programs, volunteer activities, or job-hunting activities at childcare facilities within Yamagata Prefecture.

Subsidy Amount

A fixed amount based on the regions where the training institution and childcare facility are located. (One application per fiscal year only.)

- Subsidy Application Form - Activity Report Form - Proof of enrollment in a childcare training institution (copy of student ID, enrollment certificate, etc.) - Document showing bank account information (copy of bankbook, etc.)
