Seibu-en Golf Course (located at 1464 Arabata, Tokorozawa City, Saitama Prefecture, managed by Koichi Matsuo) will host the 'Family Turf Enjoy Day' on Sunday, August 2, 2026, as part of its community contribution initiative. The event will open parts of the golf course for free, allowing children to freely play on the expansive natural turf.

This event is being held for the third consecutive year, driven by the desire to provide local residents with a memorable summer vacation experience. Easily accessible from central Tokyo, the golf course—normally not open to families—is being offered free of charge as a special destination for family time. Participants can enjoy Snag Golf and riding golf carts on the wide-open turf, along with demonstrations and exhibitions of course maintenance vehicles.

Through this event, Seibu-en Golf Course aims to foster familiarity with and interest in golf, encouraging future participation and contributing to the expansion of golf's player base.
