Sunshine City Prince Hotel (Location: 3-1-5 Higashi-Ikebukuro, Toshima-ku, Tokyo; General Manager: Mayumi Oda) will hold the 5th installment of its restaurant event "酒感楽飯 Savor the moment, Sense the sake.", which allows guests to enjoy hotel cuisine and sake from various regions of Japan. This 5th event is a collaboration with "Chiyomusubi Sake Brewery" (Sakaiminato City, Tottori Prefecture) at "Chinese Restaurant Koki-den" on Friday, May 22, 2026.

On the day, Izuru Yoshida, Head Chef of "Chinese Restaurant Koki-den," will prepare a special 7-course menu using carefully selected seasonal ingredients, including local ingredients from Tottori Prefecture, with various cooking methods, from the first appetizer to dessert, building anticipation. 6 types of sake will also be served.

Furthermore, Takumi Okasora, Managing Director of Chiyomusubi Sake Brewery, will be invited to explain the characteristics and ways to enjoy each sake paired with the meal, as well as the unique commitment of the sake brewery, offering a deep dive into sake from the perspective of the producer. This will be a one-day-only collaboration event.

This project will continue as a regular restaurant event, collaborating with various sake breweries throughout the year to enhance the hotel's brand. The 6th installment is scheduled for July 2026.
