Hokkaido melons, a highly popular summer delicacy, are known for their rich aroma and melting sweetness, cultivated by Hokkaido's distinct climate with large daily temperature fluctuations. This afternoon tea features a selection of sweets that highlight the melon's appeal, along with savories using Hokkaido specialties such as Ezo deer and octopus.

Main Plate 'Shiny Melon' with Balanced Flavors

The sweets include the 'Shiny Melon' vacherin as the main plate, allowing guests to enjoy juicy green-fleshed melon with light, crispy meringue. Other offerings include a fraisier with refreshing mint and a granita to be enjoyed with fresh melon soup. The savory menu includes a substantial mini-burger with Ezo deer patty on a Hokkaido-milk bun, and an octopus carpaccio served with colorful vegetables.
