The Future Creation Executive Committee for High School Students (within Progress Co., Ltd.) will hold the second "Jibun-ryoku School" career event for high school students on Sunday, April 26, 2026. The first session gathered high school students from 27 schools across a wide area of Okayama Prefecture, including Okayama City and Kurashiki City, and received high praise for "alleviating anxieties about future career paths." This second session will specialize in four high-demand fields: [construction, machinery, electricity, manufacturing]. It will be updated and implemented as a "dense half-day program" combining deeper career understanding, self-analysis, and aptitude testing, with the participation of 8 excellent local technical companies that support the region.

Achievements and Reactions from the First Session: "Passion for Career Paths" Gathered from Across Okayama Prefecture ### "In just 3 hours, future anxieties turned into confidence" The first session, held in November 2025, received more applications than its capacity, resulting in 32 high school students and guardians from 27 schools across a wide area of the prefecture, including Okayama, Kurashiki, Soja, Setouchi, Yakage, and Wake, participating. Surveys showed a series of comments such as "I was able to hear real stories from companies, which gave me a clearer image of working" and "I started to see what I value," confirming positive changes in participants' attitudes towards their career paths.
