This initiative aims to improve the PR and information dissemination skills of local startups, SMEs, and students. By offering free programs such as the 'Press Release of 10 Years Later' contest and hands-on PR support, the project seeks to eliminate regional information disparities. It also serves as a stepping stone toward the 'Iwate International Innovation Convention (IIC)' scheduled for October 2026, aiming to transform Iwate into a major hub for startup investment.
