Q.ENEST Group, a subsidiary of Hanwha Japan, has established a renewable energy fund targeting approximately 80MW of low-voltage solar power plants across Japan. The group secured a 9 billion yen syndicated loan arranged by Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation. Utilizing its own retail electricity platform, Q.ENEST Denki, as an off-taker, the fund ensures a stable green energy supply while managing market price risks through derivatives and balanced group operations to achieve fixed-price electricity supply for consumers.
