Kyukamura Norikura Kogen to Unearth 'Setsugen no Hana' Snow-Buried Sake on April 3 — Maturation in a Natural Refrigerator at -10°C; Available for Tasting Around Golden Week

Located at the southern end of the Northern Alps within Chubu Sangaku National Park, the resort hotel "Kyukamura Norikura Kogen" (Location: 4307 Azumi, Matsumoto City, Nagano Prefecture; Manager: Takashi Suzuki) has collaborated with local Azumino brewer "EH Shuzo Co., Ltd." and the Matsumoto-based Shinshu sake specialist "Sakesho Nakajimaya." On January 27, 2026, sake was buried within the grounds of Kyukamura. The unearthing is finally scheduled for Friday, April 3.
