Torinico, a food loss reduction app for the Shonan area operated by Quagga LLC (Sumida-ku, Tokyo; Representative: Yuya Saito), will participate in 'BLUE Festa 2026' held at the Kamakura City Hall parking lot on Saturday, May 30.

On the day, they will sell bread assortment sets from three registered local bakeries. As part of Torinico's efforts to reduce food waste, these sets will include bread that remained unsold at the stores.

Event Overview Sets from the following three bakeries will be sold: - Azabu Juban Mont Thabor, Kugenuma Kaigan Branch (Fujisawa City) - Bred'or Zushi Branch (Zushi City) - Rainbow Bakery (Zushi City)

Attendees who download the Torinico app on-site will be able to purchase the sets at a special price.

Torinico is an app that reduces food waste in the Shonan/Kamakura region through in-store pickups. Its goal is to circulate locally generated food waste within the community by encouraging locals to purchase and enjoy leftover food from shops.
