Qu'il fait bon Co., Ltd. (Representative Director: Tomoya Ishikawa), which operates the tart specialty store "Qu'il fait bon," will sell the "Special "Satonishiki" Candle Night Cake" at all 12 stores for a limited two-day period on Saturday, June 20, and Sunday, June 21, 2026.

Since 2005, Qu'il fait bon has supported the civic activity "1 Million People's Candle Night." By designating the 20th of every month as "Candle Night Day," they have connected lights with tarts, hoping to provide customers with an opportunity to learn about these initiatives. This has continued unchanged for over 20 years.

While usually held for one day on the 20th of each month, in June, it will be specially held for two days to coincide with the summer solstice. The "Special "Satonishiki" Candle Night Cake" will appear at all 12 stores for just two days, June 20th and 21st.

Smooth cheese mousse flavored with cherry honey is layered with fragrant almond jelly mousse, topped generously with seasonal "Satonishiki" cherries, and finished with a sour cherry sauce. It is a special tart, available only on Candle Night, decorated lavishly with "Satonishiki" cherries and inspired by the glow of candlelight. This year's summer solstice coincides with Father's Day. Please spend a warm and gentle evening with your family while lighting candles.
