3. An SMS with the entry form URL will be sent to your phone number

4. Fill in the required information on the entry form, upload the receipt image, and click 'Submit'

5. Confirm your entry details and click 'Submit' to begin the draw

6. Winners will receive their QUO Card Pay prize via SMS
