[Ginza Co., Ltd.] Held the 35th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

Ginza Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo / President: Kaoru Ikeda), which specializes in residential renovations centered on water-related areas, held its 35th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on Friday, May 29 at the company's head office conference room.

At the shareholders meeting, all proposals were approved and the meeting concluded smoothly.
