Rax, Inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Takanori Nakamura; hereinafter 'Rax') will begin providing an 'AI Invoice Creation Agent' for automating invoice creation in its cloud-based expense settlement system, 'Raku Raku Seisan,' starting June 16, 2026 (Tuesday).
This function allows users to select receipts uploaded to 'Raku Raku Seisan,' and the AI will analyze the receipt content and related data to automatically create expense settlement application forms.
As a result, users can complete the application process by simply confirming the application forms created by the AI. Additionally, AI-based automatic input prevents input omissions and errors, improving the efficiency of expense settlement for both applicants and approvers.
The Burden of Invoice Creation in Expense Settlement
In expense settlement, applicants must input numerous items such as accounts, breakdowns, project codes, and summaries while confirming the receipt content. This process, which requires checking past applications and company rules, places a burden on applicants.
The 'AI Invoice Creation Agent' uses information such as vendor names, amounts, and usage dates recorded on receipts to refer to credit card statements, pre-approved applications, and past application data, automatically supplementing necessary information and creating application forms.
Main Features of the 'AI Invoice Creation Agent'
1. Automatically Link Related Data Automatically links credit card statements and pre-approved applications based on the content of selected receipts.
2. Automatically Input Application Forms Refers to past application data to automatically input items such as accounts, breakdowns, departments responsible, project codes, and summaries, and saves them temporarily.
3. Visualize AI Judgment Basis (Planned) Plans to provide a 'Judgment Log' that allows users to confirm why the AI selected certain content. By visualizing the referenced data and reasoning basis, we aim to improve transparency and confidence in AI utilization.
4. Support for Company-Specific Rules (Planned) Plans to provide a function to register company-specific judgment criteria by written instructions. By having the AI refer to these criteria, we aim to achieve more accurate invoice creation.
*Note: These are functions under development, and the provision timing and specifications may change.
Future Prospects
In addition to the 'AI Invoice Creation Agent,' 'Raku Raku Seisan' plans to sequentially provide 'AI Document Acquisition Agent' for automatically collecting and uploading documents, and 'AI Application Review,' 'Qualified Invoice Check AI,' and 'Document-Invoice Matching AI' to support the confirmation of application contents.
By promoting the automation of the entire expense settlement process, including 'collecting documents,' 'creating invoices,' and 'approving,' we will contribute to further improving our customers' productivity.
