Survey to Visualize the Gap Between Society and the Workplace
At the booth, a sticker voting survey will be conducted for visitors. Based on the theme of Tokyo Pride 2026, the survey will explore the 'real feeling towards society' regarding the progress of social systems and laws, and the 'individual comfort' in daily work environments. The survey is structured along the following two axes, visualizing participants' honest perceptions across four quadrants, thereby broadly proposing to society the 'importance of psychological safety in the workplace, beyond just systems.'
Y-axis: Real feeling towards social progress: 'Is Japan moving towards a society where everyone can work with equal rights?'
X-axis: Psychological safety in the workplace: 'In my current workplace (daily life), can I be myself without being conscious of my attributes (gender, gender identity/sexual orientation, age, etc.)?'
