### Analysis of Motivation Sources When respondents were asked to choose sources of motivation and these choices were categorized, the most common category was 'Growth and Challenge Orientation' at 78.5%. This was followed by 'Realization of Work Significance' at 65.3%. On the other hand, 'Extrinsic Rewards and Conditions' including salary, promotion, and stability, accounted for only 26.4%.

These results indicate that job seekers are strongly attracted to personal growth, experiences of overcoming challenges, and feelings of contribution, rather than conditions like salary or stability.
