Hot Pepper Beauty Launches 'BibiBi Festival for Repeat' with Up to 30% Point Rebate!

Pre-registration will begin on Friday, June 12, 2026.

The first installment of 'BibiBi Festival' held in February 2026 received many favorable reviews. The keyword for this second installment is 'Repeat.' During the campaign period, users who make a 'Repeat Booking & Visit' to a salon they visited using 'Hot Pepper Beauty' will receive up to 30% of 'Hot Pepper Beauty Exclusive Points.'

About 'BibiBi Festival for Repeat'

'Hot Pepper Beauty' will hold a point rebate campaign 'BibiBi Festival for Repeat' as a token of appreciation to our customers.

In 'BibiBi Festival for Repeat,' during the campaign period, users who make a 'Repeat Booking & Visit' to a salon they visited using 'Hot Pepper Beauty' will receive up to 30% of the eligible amount (maximum 20,000 points) of 'Hot Pepper Beauty Exclusive Points' on a first-come, first-served basis for up to 1 million bookings. During this campaign period, users can make a maximum of 2 repeat bookings and visits (repeat booking & repeat visit) at hair salons and non-hair salons (nail, eyelash, relaxation, and esthetic) respectively. The maximum point rebate for hair salons and non-hair salons (nail, eyelash, relaxation, and esthetic) is 10,000 points each (maximum 20,000 points in total).

STEP1: Pre-registration

STEP2: Book & Visit Your Favorite Salon

During the period from June 12, 2026 (Fri) 0:00 to August 21, 2026 (Fri) 23:59, book and visit your favorite salon using 'Hot Pepper Beauty.'

*Note: Both App and Web are acceptable.

*Note: Booking acceptance date can be before June 12, 2026 (Fri).

*Note: Beauty clinics are excluded.

*Note: STEP1 and STEP2 can be done in any order.

STEP3: Repeat Booking & Visit to the Same Salon (App Exclusive)

During the campaign period, make a repeat booking & visit to the same salon you visited in STEP2 to be eligible for up to 30% point rebate!

*Note: The eligible amount refers to the lower of the following (A) and (B) amounts at the time of repeat booking and repeat visit.

(A) The total amount of the service to be used displayed on the booking confirmation screen (the amount before using gift certificates or points (hereinafter referred to as 'points, etc.') selectable on the booking confirmation screen)

(B) The payment amount at the time of visit plus points, etc. (If a discount is applied by means other than points, etc. such as shareholder benefits or vouchers at the time of visit, the discounted amount will not be included in the payment amount at the time of visit.)
