Tokai National University Corporation operates Nagoya University and Gifu University. It actively promotes entrepreneurship support and startup incubation with the aim of connecting research results and intellectual assets cultivated at the universities to social implementation.

In recent years, the Tokai region has seen a rise in university-launched ventures in diverse fields such as deep tech, medical care, AI, environment/energy, and mobility. The Company operates flexible offices, coworking spaces, and rental offices nationwide, with 21 centers in the Tokai region (17 in Aichi Prefecture, 1 in Gifu Prefecture, 3 in Shizuoka Prefecture). Through this certification, the Company will support the growth of university-launched startups, primarily from the perspective of office environments and business infrastructure.
