REJECT Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director: Shoya Koyama), which operates the esports team "REJECT," is pleased to announce a collaboration project with the idol group "iLiFE!" as a special initiative for the world's largest esports tournament, "Esports World Cup 2026" (hereinafter referred to as "EWC 2026").
In conjunction with this, we will also be renewing REJECT's official media content, "REJECT TV."
To Deliver the Appeal of EWC 2026 to More People
REJECT has been engaged in various initiatives aimed at developing esports culture and promoting the competitive scene within Japan. As we prepare to participate in EWC 2026, scheduled for the summer of 2026, we are launching a collaboration project with "iLiFE!," an idol group under HEROINES that boasts high popularity, particularly among younger demographics. The goal is to convey the appeal of the tournament and the challenges faced by our players to a wider audience.
Through this project, we aim to showcase the excitement of EWC 2026, the world's premier stage, and the journey of our players challenging the global scene, not only to esports fans but also to those who have had limited opportunities to engage with the competitive scene.
About the Renewal of "REJECT TV"
To coincide with the announcement of this project, REJECT's official media content, "REJECT TV," will be renewed. The new "REJECT TV" will expand its touchpoints with the entertainment and culture domains, in addition to disseminating information about the competitive scene, to more clearly communicate the appeal of esports and VTuber culture.
As the first initiative following the renewal, we will release collaboration content with "iLiFE!". Focusing on EWC 2026, we will present the highlights of the tournament, the allure of esports, and the activities of REJECT players challenging on the world stage, incorporating the unique perspective of "iLiFE!".
