Kaike Fuga is an onsen ryokan where guests can enjoy a lounge bar overlooking a vast Japanese garden of approximately 2,000 square meters, hot springs rich in beautifying ingredients, and a barrel sauna. In June 2026, we renovated our in-house services, enabling guests to enjoy local sake tasting in the lounge. Now, to further enhance the dining experience, we have prepared a plan that includes a "Staff Recommended Local Sake 3-Variety Tasting Set" to be enjoyed with dinner. We propose local sakes that complement our kaiseki cuisine, which makes the most of the ingredients' flavors. Please fully enjoy the charm of pairing where local sake and food enhance each other.
