The Thin Pancake, one of the signature menu items of THE KAHALA Lounge, was originally born 62 years ago as part of the breakfast buffet menu at The Kahala Hotel & Resort in Honolulu, Hawaii. Inspired by crepes, this unique style of thinly stretched pancake dough rolled into a cylinder is a signature of The Kahala Hotel & Resort. These pancakes are soaked in a rich maple butter sauce and feature a chewy texture that remains delicious even when cooled.
