Since the advent of generative AI, technology has advanced to the point where agentic AI can now be used in real-world business operations. Traditionally, text mining's role was in the extremely rudimentary phase of "decomposing text and making it searchable." However, with the evolution of generative AI, it can now handle "reporting useful information and proposing improvements." Furthermore, with agentic AI, we foresee a future where a series of entire business operations that previously required human intervention—such as "coordinating internally on what perspective to summarize reports from," "coordinating with other departments on how to handle this initiative," and "gathering and summarizing feedback on initiative results from various sources"—can be managed.
