ReYuu Japan, at its Board of Directors meeting held today, resolved to enter into a joint venture agreement with abc Inc. (TSE Standard: 8783), ImageOne Co., Ltd. (TSE Standard: 2667), Wintest Corp. (TSE Standard: 6721), FD Co., Ltd., and Birdman Inc. (TSE Growth: 7063) to establish "AI Data Partners Inc." to lead the development and operation of high-performance data centers specialized for AI in Japan.

1. Reason for the Establishment Demand for high-performance computing resources is structurally expanding due to the rapid spread of generative AI. This initiative is a core part of the company's decision to enter the AI infrastructure business. Following an MOU among five companies and the subsequent participation of Birdman, six companies have reached an agreement on the establishment and shareholder contract.

ReYuu Japan has been working on expanding the secondary distribution market for IT equipment through its reuse business. By participating in this joint venture, the company aims to play a pioneering role in the formation and development of the secondary GPU server market in the future.
