Nihon Rikagaku Kogyo Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture; President: Takahisa Oyama), founded in 1937 and boasting a 70% domestic share in "Dustless Chalk" manufacturing, held a "Kitpas Window Art" event with artist Masae Matsunaga at Tokyo Bay Shiomi Prince Hotel (Koto-ku, Tokyo) for two days on March 14th and 15th, 2026.

This project is a co-creation promotion that transforms hotel windows into dynamic canvases using "Kitpas," an art material born from rice wax that draws vividly on smooth surfaces like glass and mirrors and can be erased with water. This event, in particular, stood out for the enthusiastic support from overseas guests and the high evaluation of the product's safety and quality.

This window art is scheduled to be viewable until early April.

With the theme of "Edo x TOKYO Spring," the art titled "Ranman -Ranman-" dynamically and delicately expresses Mount Fuji and cherry blossoms, evoking the essence of Edo. Artist Masae Matsunaga depicted the energy announcing the arrival of spring across the entire window.
