—FUKU STEEL PLATE FUND— Establishment of a Construction Material Leasing Fund in Singapore

RISING SUN VISION PTE. LTD. (Head office: Singapore, Representative Director: Yu Kimura, hereinafter "the Company") is pleased to announce the establishment of "FUKU STEEL PLATE FUND" (hereinafter "the Fund"), a leasing fund for construction materials in Singapore, and its imminent commencement of operations.

The Fund will achieve highly specialized fund management by collaborating with an asset management company that serves as a fund manager licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (hereinafter "MAS"), and a business partner with extensive experience in the Singapore construction industry. The Company will participate as a General Partner (GP) in the form of a joint venture.

Overview of the Fund

1. Highly Specialized Partnership Structure

A fund manager holding a MAS capital markets license will be responsible for the fund's operation, while an operator well-versed in the Singapore construction market will handle material procurement and lease management. This structure ensures both compliance with financial regulations and on-site expertise in the construction industry.

2. Cross-Border Deposits, Withdrawals, and Interest Payments Utilizing Stablecoins

The Fund will proceed with the development of a core system for managing cross-border deposits, withdrawals, and interest payments, utilizing major stablecoins such as USDT, USDC, and JPYC.

3. Consideration of Public Blockchain "Sunrise" Utilization

The utilization of "Sunrise," a public blockchain developed by our parent company CAUCHYE ASIA PTE. LTD., is also under consideration. In the future, we will explore the introduction of this technology platform to enhance the efficiency of cross-border payment management operations.

Background

In Singapore, construction demand remains robust due to airport redevelopment, infrastructure improvements, and the construction of new condominiums. Furthermore, with the social acceptance of concepts like digital assets and stablecoins, an environment is being established to streamline cross-border fund transfers.
