Intensive training using ladders and mini-hurdles will be conducted to improve running speed and form. With expert guidance, children's running styles will be refined, and most children will see an improvement in their 50m dash time compared to the initial measurement on the first day. *This program does not guarantee that children will become fast runners.

2. "Fun instruction" by expert coaches and a unique "certification level" system that fosters ambition

Professional sports coaches provide fun instruction, so even children who are not good at sports can participate with confidence. More children are participating as practice before sports day or to become relay team members. A 50m dash time is measured, and STS's unique "certification level" is awarded based on the record. Many children strive to advance their level, making this a camp that naturally fosters ambition.
