The two companies will leverage their knowledge and networks in the medical device and industrial machinery fields to jointly promote the introduction and utilization of service robots that support labor saving and efficiency in facility operations.

Background of the Partnership

Medical institutions and industrial facilities are facing challenges of labor shortages and increased operational burdens due to the declining birthrate, aging population, and accelerating digital transformation (DX).

IVS Holdings is a holding company that manages a group of companies centered on a general medical device trading company and a general industrial machinery trading company, aiming to create value in the medical and industrial fields.

RoboPath provides the "RP-X100," a multifunctional service robot equipped with autonomous AI, and offers solutions that automate tasks such as delivery, cleaning, and guidance in hotels, hospitals, and warehouses.

Details of the Initiative

Through this partnership, RoboPath and IVS Holdings will sequentially develop the following initiatives:

- Joint proposals leveraging IVS Holdings' customer base and regional network - Introduction support and operational support centered on hospitals and medical-related facilities - Joint consideration of usage models tailored to on-site challenges (delivery, cleaning, guidance, etc.)
