The Hijiri Highland Fes Executive Committee (Representative: Miki Ishida) announced that it will host the inaugural 'Hijiri Highland Fes,' an outdoor music festival, at Hijiri Highland in Omi Village, Nagano Prefecture, on Saturday, July 18, 2026.

This festival is a celebration of music by Lake Hijiri, featuring bands and DJs based both within and outside the prefecture, in collaboration with the legendary Japanese garage punk event 'BACK FROM THE GRAVE' (led by Daddy-O-Nov), which was established in 1989 at Shinjuku JAM.
