The Japan Riders Forum (headquartered in Shibuya, Tokyo; representative: Fukuma Fukashi) has announced, in collaboration with the Japan Three Sacred Mountains Promotion Council (Ishikawa, Shizuoka, and Toyama prefectures), the launch of the 'Japan Three Sacred Mountains Rally 2026,' a two-day touring rally event to be held from October 10 (Saturday) to 11 (Sunday), 2026, traversing Ishikawa, Toyama, and Shizuoka prefectures and visiting Japan's three sacred mountains: Mount Fuji, Mount Tate, and Mount Haku.

This event aims to establish a wide-area tourism route centered on Japan's iconic sacred peaks—Mount Fuji, Mount Tate, and Mount Haku—while contributing to local communities. Unlike conventional racing events focused on speed or riding skills, this rally emphasizes immersive, five-sensory experiences of regional nature, history, and mountain worship culture. It is a socially meaningful and newsworthy motorcycle rally with both cultural and experiential value. First launched in 2024, this will be the third edition of the event.

The Japan Three Sacred Mountains Rally 2026 is a GPS-based touring rally where participants earn points by passing through designated checkpoints across the region, aiming for the final goal.
