Sizzler Launches 'Good JAPAN Fair SAVORING KYUSHU' Featuring Grilled Saga Beef, Kirishima Black Pork, and Hakata Jidori

Sizzler, a salad bar & grill restaurant operated by the Royal Group, will host the limited-time 'Good JAPAN Fair SAVORING KYUSHU' starting Wednesday, May 27, 2026, offering customers the rich bounty of Kyushu.

'Good JAPAN' is a Royal Group initiative designed to deliver the charm of various regions across Japan through menus that respect the background of local ingredients and food cultures, maximizing their natural flavors. This time, the fair features meat and vegetables nurtured by Kyushu's abundant nature, prepared as grill dishes and deli salads that highlight their intrinsic appeal. Customers are invited to savor the taste of Kyushu through Sizzler's specialized cooking methods.

Kyushu Fair Menu Highlights

Sizzler's 'Good JAPAN Fair SAVORING KYUSHU' will feature the 'Kyushu Triple Grill (Saga Beef Loin 100g, Miyazaki Kirishima Black Pork Shoulder Loin & Hakata Jidori)', a flagship dish combining the charm of Kyushu ingredients on one plate. Also on the menu are the 'Miyazaki Kirishima Black Pork Shoulder Loin & Hakata Jidori Grill', combining flavorful pork with nicely textured local chicken, and the 'Saga Beef Loin Steak', a simple grill that lets the quality of the beef shine. Each grill dish is accompanied by 'King Mustard' produced in Fukuoka Prefecture and a 'Basil Sauce' made with fresh Kyushu basil, offering two distinct accents to enjoy with every bite.

Kyushu ingredients can also be enjoyed at Sizzler's signature salad bar. Offerings include 'Broccoli, Nagasaki Kogane (Potato) & Asparagus Salad', 'Watermelon & Steamed Chicken Salad', and 'Strawberry Jelly & Panna Cotta' for dessert.
