Enjoy a moment of fulfillment for both mind and body with this event, which combines time for physical activity with a relaxing tea time in the pleasant early summer garden.

The first part, "Active Time," will be a yoga experience primarily using balance balls, and the second part, "Relaxation Time," will feature the "Hydrangea Afternoon Tea Set to Color Early Summer" at the lobby lounge.

Rental yoga mats and balance balls, as well as mineral water, will be provided.
