Amnojack to Host Special Japanese-French Fusion Culinary Event in Kumamoto

Luxury hotel Amnojack in Kamiamakusa, Kumamoto, will host a unique collaboration event on September 12-13, 2026. Chef Sunao Ajimi and French Chef Yuya Omori from 'OHMORI' will present a fusion course dinner combining traditional Japanese aesthetics with advanced French techniques. The event is limited to 24 guests per day at Restaurant Wabi. Special accommodation plans including this dinner start from approximately 242,000 JPY per room, with bookings opening on May 15, 2026.
