Approximately 500 attendees, including directors, actors, and film industry professionals, were served craft sake "Brew Note" and sparkling sake "Seiren | SEIREN" as the sole sake brand.

About the Japan Academy Film Prize

"A celebration of Japanese cinema, by Japanese filmmakers, for Japanese filmmakers."

Established in 1978 based on this founding principle, it is the leading film award in Japan. With the aim of improving and developing film art, technology, and science, it seeks to contribute to the promotion of the Japanese film industry by honoring excellent film works and filmmakers. Through votes from association members (approximately 4,000 people) involved in film production, outstanding awards in 15 categories, including "Outstanding Picture," "Outstanding Director," "Outstanding Actor in a Leading Role," and "Outstanding Actress in a Leading Role," are selected from the works released that year, and the "Best Picture" awards are decided on the ceremony day. Various special awards are also established, and it is widely known as the culmination of the Japanese film industry's year.
