The "Weird Summer School in Aichi," a collaborative initiative by companies and organizations in Aichi Prefecture, will feature its popular signature talk show, "Night Executive Meeting," held at emCAMPUS STUDIO in Toyohashi. The most distinctive feature is that all local company executives will undergo a glamorous transformation by professional drag queen Lyra Grail and take the stage. Shedding their usual suits, they will engage in candid discussions with "no script, no holding back." This event promises a stimulating summer evening blending serious play and learning.

Shedding Suits and Stereotypes for a Candid Discussion on "The Essence of Corporate Management and DEI"
In recent years, the importance of "working in one's own way" and DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) in management has been emphasized. However, significant barriers remain in permeating these concepts into actual organizational culture. We confront the gap between management and the front lines, and the current situation where discussions often remain superficial, with an extreme approach.
In this event, corporate executives themselves embody "self-liberation" by "transforming into drag queens." By setting aside their suits, titles, and stereotypes, and becoming someone else, they will engage in sincere dialogue free from pretense. Through this extraordinary experience, we aim to explore the true meaning of accepting diversity and seek practical hints for fundamentally transforming organizations.
A Word from the Organizer
Although I am a regular company employee, I plan to take on the role of MC, probing from the "perspective of a regular employee." I am extremely nervous about facing the distinguished executives, but I hope to find hints to the questions: "What does it mean to work as myself?" and "How can everyone work as themselves?" I encourage students looking for jobs, working adults struggling with their careers, and anyone who simply wants to see drag queens to come and join us casually!
