NPO Sankakusha has fully launched 'Sankaku Clear,' a cleaning business providing employment opportunities for youth who want to work but face anxiety regarding interpersonal relations.

NPO Sankakusha (Toshima-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Yusuke Arai) has officially launched its cleaning business, 'Sankaku Clear,' starting in 2026. This business is a practical model designed to create job preparation and practice opportunities for youth.

In a survey conducted in May 2025 (covering 106 participants), approximately 80% of youth connected with Sankakusha responded that they 'want to work.' On the other hand, about 60% revealed that they have been unable to take the first step toward employment due to 'anxiety about human relationships.'

We believe it is crucial for youth to gain experience working in a 'safe environment.' Therefore, we established a business where they can acquire professional skills while working alongside staff, building relationships of trust with customers as professionals.

### Four Characteristics of Sankaku Clear Sankaku Clear is a cleaning service where youth, having learned skills under professionals, provide a meticulous finish using specialized detergents and equipment.
